It is under the Ministry of Labour & Employment Govt. of India and directly supervised, guided and managed by a statutory body (ESI Corporation) under this Ministry. It is engaged in UG & PG Educational Program in Modern Medical Science along-with robust Clinical Services through its 430-beds well-equipped Hospital and associated newly built Medical College.

To enhance clinical service & to introduce different academic courses, the institute intends to recruit posts of Clinical & child Psychologist with terms and conditions as mentioned below.

6. Valid OBC/EBC/SC/ST/EWS Certificate issued in format for Central Govt. job (if applicable).

8. Recent Passport Size Photograph of Candidate.
9. Relieving Certificate from previous Employer, if applicable.
10. Aadhar Card.

Selection Procedure:

1. The Selection will be made on the basis of acquired academic credentials experience and performance of candidates in interactive session (duly constituted for this recruitment) before the Selection Board. Academic performance and experience will have 70% credential, aptitude interaction will have 30% inputs for final selection.
2. In case of large number of applications (more than 8 times of advertised posts), call letters for aptitude interaction will be sent based on academic credentials to 6 to 8 times of candidates for each vacant post.
3. Result will be displayed in website: www.mcpatna.esic.gov.in and www.gov.in. offer of Appointment will be sent through E-mail after declaration of results by nominated agency- M/S Sudarshan Facilities private limited.
4. Selected candidates will have to join as instructed after receipt of offer of Appointment.

Terms of Contract:

1. The tenure of all above posts will be initially for 01 (one) year extendable on satisfactory performance, willingness and conduct of candidate and requirement of this Institution.
2. The engagement will be through ESIC Medical College, Bihta authorized agency and employee(s) will also need to agree with the terms and conditions of the authorized agency under whom the selected candidate will work for ESIC Medical College Hospital, Bihta.
3. Terms & conditions of agency will be shared upon selection of the candidates along-with offer letter from the agency. In broad terms: the selected (after joining) candidates will be an employee with the agency working for ESIC Medical College & Hospital, Bihta, Patna. Agency, may relocate the candidates to other institute/ place upon mutual agreement.
4. ESIC Medical College Hospital, Bihta, Patna is engaged in selection of candidates by evaluating their academic credentials and aptitude. ESIC Medical College Hospital, Bihta, Patna is also the partner in remitting remuneration to selected and working candidates through the authorized agency.
5. In no circumstances, the selected & working candidates can him/her as a regular employee of ESIC Medical College Hospital, Patna or M/S Sudarshan Facilities private limited. Before joining for the post, each candidates will have to sign an agreement on non-judicial court/stamp papers describing all these terms & conditions.
6. As of now, there is no provision for accommodation inside the campus; however, in future, it may be available with separate terms & applicable rent.
7. No claim for any service benefits from ESIC will be applicable or entertained; nor any appeal for regularization as ESIC employee will be entertained.
8. Scope of works will be shared by the agency upon selection.
9. Selected employees are required to mark attendance manually as well as on Aadhar Enabled Bio-metric Attendance System (AEBAS) daily during scheduled working days.

General Instruction:

1. Submission Application does not confer any right to the candidate to be eligible for aptitude interaction unless they report on the scheduled date and time with required documents as mentioned in this Advertisement.
