Job Discription ; For Delhi Metro Recruitment 2024
- Supervision of operation and maintenance of Rail grinding work and Track Tamping work
- Maintaining records of progress of work and maintenance records of machines
- Storekeeping and spare parts management including transit from one place to another
- Tendering works of Track Machines contracts and its management
- Work on quotation calling basis for repair and overhauling works that are not in in the scope of existingcontracts
- Procurement of assets and other spares required
- Maintenance RE, BE of the department
- SAP entries, billing related work
- Providing track machines to other metro network on hiring basis as per their requirement, etc.,
SCHEDULE OF SELECTION:For Delhi Metro Recruitment 2024
- i. Last date of receipt of duly filled in application (along with relevant documents) through Speedpost is16/08/2024. Incomplete applications or applications received after the due date will be summarilyrejected.DMRC shall not be responsible for loss/delay in post.
- ii. The list of shortlisted candidates shall be uploaded on DMRC website in the Fourth week of August, 2024 (tentatively) and interview will be held in the First week of September, 2024, at MetroBhawan, Barakhamba Road, New Delhi or through online mode (tentatively) (Complete details will bedisplayedon the DMRC website).
- iii. No separate communication, by post, shall be sent to the candidates individually. Candidatesarerequired to go through the instructions / schedule of interview displayed on the DMRCwebsiteandappear for interview, accordingly.
- iv. The final result will be declared by Second week of September, 2024 (tentatively).
SCREENING PROCESS:For Delhi Metro Recruitment 2024
- The selection methodology shall comprise of Personal Interview and Medical Fitness Examination. (Medical Examination will be in Aye-one (A-1) category, not below than Aye-three (A-3) category. The details of Medical Examination are available on DMRC website.)
- The selection process would judge different facets of knowledge, skills, comprehension, aptitude andphysical
- fitness. A candidate would have to qualify the Screening Process before being adjudged as suitablefor theselection. The candidate, who fails in the prescribed medical test, would not be given any alternative employment
