HR Institute of Pharmacy Admission Procedure
1.ELIGIBILITY FOR ADMISSION TO M. PharmThe candidates seeking admissions to M. Pharm programme are required to appear in PG Admission Test and Counseling conducted every year by Dr APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University, Lucknow (Dr APJAKTU). The final admission of the qualified candidates will be done through counseling. The candidate willing to get admission through management quota is also required to qualify the PG admission test. The candidates having valid GPAT score are exempted from the written examination. Candidates must have passed B. Pharm from any recognized Institution with minimum of 60% (5% relaxation for SC).
2. For admission to first year of B.Pharm, candidate must have passed intermediate examination of U.P. Board or 10+2 level examination or its equivalent with Physics and Chemistry as compulsory subjects along with Mathematics/ Biology subject with compulsory subjects and one of the optional subjects as given in above table (i) and obtained at least 45% marks (40% in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) in the above subjects taken together.
3. Minimum qualification for admission to Diploma in Pharmacy Part-I course -A is to pass in any of the following examinations with Physics, Chemistry and Biology or Mathematics.
- Intermediate examination in Science.
- The first year of the three year degree course in Science.
- 10+2 examination (academic stream) in Science.
- Pre–degree examination.
- Any other qualification approved by the Pharmacy Council of India as equivalent to any of the above examination.
- Admission of candidates to the Diploma in Pharmacy Part – I shall be made in order of merit on the basis of ‘Pre-Pharmacy Test’ conducted in accordance with the scheme of Examinations and syllabus laid-down by the University.
